Eastside News

At Eastside, we appreciate our involved parents and community members. We also enjoy broadcasting our latest news and information here on our News page, where we will chronicle school activities and student achievements and publish announcements. We’ll also offer helpful resources and information. So check back often, as we update it regularly.

Progress Reports

We will send home progress reports on Friday, February 23. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Book Club

Join Eastside’s Family Book Club! It’s easy! Just choose a book to read together with your child. Read it, then come to our book club night on March 27 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss your book! We hope to see you and your child for this fun evening. For all of the details, please view our flyer.

Hoops for Heart

We are so excited to volunteer with the American Heart Association! With the help of their Scare Squad, we kicked-off Hoops for Heart! The American Heart Association has an online 3D roller coaster ride, which students can view and enjoy. This 3D roller coaster ride reminds us of how easy it can be to take care of our hearts. We hope you will join us as we work to help save lives and support the American Heart Association. Our school has set a goal to raise $1,200. If we hit that goal, we have some fun surprises in store, like a pizza party for the top class and a special lunch out for the top two students with Mrs. Niemann! Donations are due by February 23. Students who raise $150 online by 5:00 a.m. on February 13 will earn our Jax pillow! Thank you for helping the American Heart Association!

Parking Lot Safety

For the safety of our students we ask that if you drop your child off in the parking lot, please park and walk them in. The parking lot is not a drop off zone. If you would like to drop your child off, please use the kiss n' go lane. Thank you for helping to keep our students safe!
